President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik met today in Budapest with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The meeting was also attended by Željko Budimir, Minister of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska, and Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó.
Szijjártó stated that Dodik is a regional leader of stability and that consultations with him are always valuable.
“For successful integration of the Western Balkans, we must not talk about the Western Balkans, but with the Western Balkans,” Szijjártó wrote on Facebook.
As previously announced, Dodik will meet with His Eminence Metropolitan Lukijan of Buda, followed by a meeting with Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Later this evening, the “Serb Days – Month of Serb Culture in Hungary” event will officially open at the Serb Church Museum, along with the exhibition “Uroš Predić in Szentendre.”
The “Serb Days” event, held under the patronage of the President of Republika Srpska, is dedicated to presenting Serbian culture, science, and spirituality.
The event is organized by the Eparchy of Buda.
