In this election cycle, the Central Election Commission (CIK) of BiH has once again breached laws, bylaws, and even deadlines it set for itself. With less than a month until election day, the Commission has yet to secure transport for ballot papers.
CIK has requested assistance from the Armed Forces of BiH for the transport of sensitive election materials. However, Deputy Minister of Defense Aleksandar Goganović responded, stating that CIK’s request is illegal.
This is not the only instance of legal irregularities in the Commission’s operations.
