A year has passed since the start of the politically orchestrated trial against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the Director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, over a non-existent criminal offense.
The law was amended by Christian Schmidt to bring the President of Republika Srpska to the defendant’s bench. The process, which had been announced days in advance in the Sarajevo media, was swiftly initiated by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
The now-suspended President of the Court, Ranko Debevec, assisted them in this effort. The trial, which began as a farce, continues in the same manner, with gross violations of the Constitution, the Dayton Agreement, international law, conventions, and declarations.
The sole purpose of all this is to prevent the legally elected President of Srpska from political activity as quickly as possible, orchestrated by illegal and unconstitutional “constructors”!
