Goran Bubić, the lawyer of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, stated that the Court of BiH, due to the president’s commitments, granted the defense’s request and postponed the hearing scheduled for September 11 to September 18.
At the last hearing on August 28, Judge Sena Uzunović read out the proposed dates and said that hearings were planned for September 11 at 1:00 PM, September 18 at 1:00 PM, and September 25 at 1:00 PM.
The BiH Prosecutor’s Office is charging the President of Srpska and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Srpska, Miloš Lukić, with “disrespecting the decisions of Christian Schmidt,” which is why the trial is being held before the Court of BiH.
