By attending the trial of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, we express our dissatisfaction with how this process has been approached, said the Serb member of the Presidency, Željka Cvijanović.
“This is a political showdown masked by the judiciary, aimed at preventing us from fulfilling our institutional duties,” Cvijanović told reporters outside the Court of BiH after today’s hearing.
She emphasized that the procedure itself is being violated.
“They invoke Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement while simultaneously violating it. This court process is a result of foreign interference—they cannot defeat him politically, so they seek to discipline him,” she stated.
She asserted that this is a combination of political and judicial forces, which, as she highlighted, never yields anything positive.
The fact is, Cvijanović believes, that they claim you are here because you do not respect the decisions of the High Representative, but then when you try to address evidence related to the High Representative, they do not allow it.
