Film “33 Angels” wins audience award at the “FORTECA” International Film Festival

The film “33 Angels” has won the Audience Award at the prestigious “FORTECA” International Film Festival in Perast.

The film’s producer, Branko Dimović Dimeski, expressed his gratitude to his team, emphasizing that without teamwork, nothing would have been possible.

“When I embarked on the creation of my film ’33 Angels,’ I had one thing in mind—the truth about the suffering of Serbian children must be depicted and never forgotten. We owe special thanks to the children and actors from Republika Srpska who made an invaluable contribution to the realization of this film,” said Dimović Dimeski.

He added that they are very proud of the fact that the film “33 Angels” won the Audience Award for the most attended documentary film at the “FORTECA” International Film Festival in Perast.

“This is the second international award for the film, following the win for Best Documentary at the ‘BANEFF’ International Film Festival in Stockholm. It is a great honor to receive these recognitions, especially considering that films from Sweden, Finland, North Macedonia, Croatia, and many other countries were showcased at the festivals. Thank you to the festival organizers for their trust and the invitation to participate,” Dimović Dimeski emphasized.
