The Israeli Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania, Galit Peleg, expressed gratitude to the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for his kind words during a very difficult period and for consistently supporting Israel in its fight against terrorism.
Earlier, Dodik had extended his condolences to the families of those killed in the rocket attack in the Majdal Shams area on the Golan Heights and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
“Thank you, President Dodik, for your kind words during this difficult time and for always standing with Israel in the fight against terrorism,” Peleg wrote on the social network X.
The rocket attack on a football field in a village on the Golan Heights resulted in the deaths of 12 people. Israel has accused the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah of carrying out the attack, although Hezbollah has denied involvement and responsibility.
