Koljević: The goal of the hybrid war against Srpska is the eradication of Serbs west of the Drina

Political philosopher Bogdana Koljević stated that the ultimate aim of the hybrid war against Republika Srpska is the depopulation and eventual eradication of all Serbs in the area west of the Drina River.

Koljević emphasized that the most effective countermeasure against falsehoods is a policy of truth for the 21st century, which includes developing proactive Serbian diplomacy.

She mentioned that the hybrid war against Serbs is an integral part of the ongoing global conflict.

“In this mosaic, the economic, diplomatic, and informational war against Republika Srpska stands out as a beacon of contemporary Serb identity, from which all-Serbian unity is established,” said Koljević, who is also a senator of Republika Srpska.

She highlighted that the quantitative and qualitative expansion of the hybrid war in recent times underscores the historical role of Srpska in its struggle for sovereignty and against neocolonialism.

According to her, this also indicates that neoliberal imperialism is in a phase of rapid decline and, unlike Srpska, is running out of time.

“For all Serbs, the stakes are dire and immense, as the ultimate goal of the hybrid war against Srpska is depopulation and, in the final instance, the eradication of all Serbs west of the Drina River,” Koljević assessed.

She added that this is the fundamental purpose of the destructive war against Srpska and its institutions, aimed at undermining its constitutional capacities and statehood embodied in its very name – Republika Srpska.

“Antagonists like Christian Schmidt and outgoing US Ambassador Michael Murphy are prominent parts of the subversive politics of false narratives, with the greatest deception being the inversion that Srpska undermines the Dayton Agreement, whereas in reality, it is the only one fighting to preserve it,” Koljević pointed out.

According to her, the real destabilizing factors are mostly selected or, even more absurdly, unelected third-rate Western envoys acting in coordination with regressive elements from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH).

“We must also consider that neocolonialism is inherently opposed to true democracy, which always entails that the people govern their own destiny,” Koljević emphasized.

She noted that, for this reason, Western strategists have deemed the hybrid war most effective as it targets the civilian population.

According to her, it involves spreading a wide range of disinformation to artificially create a rift between the state and its institutions and citizens.

Koljević stressed that the policy of sanctions is a component of this neoliberal war.

“The latest examples of the hybrid war refer to fabricated constructions about insurmountable financial difficulties in Republika Srpska, as well as false concerns of most ecological populists who try to turn citizens against their own state,” Koljević noted.

Preventing the spread of disinformation, exposing all actors, and sanctioning them

When asked what Srpska can do, Koljević replied that it is crucial to prevent the spread of disinformation at all levels.

According to her, this would further strengthen the trust between Srpska and its citizens, along with finally adopting the law on financing the NGO sector.

“A key part of this project to combat the hybrid war must be the clear exposure and naming of all actors involved, as well as the background of their actions aimed at undermining Srpska’s order,” Koljević emphasized.

She believes that the most effective fight against lies is a policy of truth for the 21st century, which includes developing proactive Serbian diplomacy to minimize the effects of hybrid activities.

“Certainly, this includes the possibility of introducing a new criminal offense in the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska that would sanction communication with diplomatic actors defined by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska as entities operating against the legal and economic order of Srpska,” Koljević stressed.

According to her, all modern world policies involve distinguishing between friendly, partner, and hostile actors.

“This is actually a necessary precondition for building a coherent foreign policy strategy in the long term, which is essential for Srpska,” Koljević told Srna.

She reminded that the hybrid war primarily entails erasing the distinction between war and peace, noting that it is one of the most relevant forms of implementing neoliberalism as biopolitics, predominantly practiced by Western political and social crypto-elites in the 21st century.

Moreover, the hybrid war led by the globalist West is a constitutive part of the strategy of controlling and managing populations and, as such, is structurally directed primarily against non-Western, particularly Slavic populations, Koljević pointed out.
