President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, expressed his firm belief that the Republican candidate for the upcoming U.S. presidential election, Donald Trump, will achieve victory, and called on all Serbs in the U.S. who have the right to vote to support Trump.
“It is beneficial for the Serbs if Trump wins because, at the very least, it will weaken or reduce the rigid pressure that we are currently facing on Republika Srpska. I believe that changes will come,” Dodik said during his appearance on our morning program.
He pointed out that when Trump wins, all ambassadors must resign, emphasizing that representatives of Republika Srpska will strive to reach Trump’s team to explain the situation here.
“U.S. Ambassador to BiH, Michael Murphy, has already left, and what he is doing now is a personal vendetta due to his significant failure,” Dodik stated.
He noted that Trump was incredibly fortunate to survive the recent assassination attempt, highlighting that Muslims in the Federation of BiH did not condemn this act, which suggests that they wished for his death.
Dodik also emphasized that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is currently the only statesman in Europe advocating for peace and the cessation of the war in Ukraine.
“The victory of Trump, the connection with Orban, and us in Republika Srpska who have certain connections with Trump’s team – will surely influence certain changes,” Dodik concluded.
