The Basic Court in Kosovska Mitrovica has ordered a one-month detention for H.K. and E.B., suspected of enabling terrorist Faton Hajrizi to escape from the Smrekovnica prison near Vučitrn about twenty days ago.
The first defendant worked as a supervisor in the section of the Smrekovnica prison where Hajrizi’s cell was located, while the second defendant assisted Hajrizi in finding refuge and accommodation after his escape from prison.
Sources close to the top of the so-called Kosovo* Ministry of Internal Affairs told Telegraf that the escape of Hajrizi was known to the highest levels of the Kosovo* police and that Hajrizi allegedly escaped from prison with their knowledge.
“This was an organized, prepared, and agreed-upon escape,” the source claims.
According to the source, Hajrizi struck a deal with the top of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, allegedly with the knowledge of the so-called Kosovo* Minister of Internal Affairs, to be transferred to the Preševo area after escaping prison to carry out a “planned job.”
“The ordinary criminal agreed to join a group of Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina and act as a liaison with groups of Orthodox Albanians who, along with Muslims from Bosnia, are planning attacks on high-ranking officials and institutions of Serbia and Republika Srpska,” the source claims, emphasizing that Hajrizi was not tasked with committing a terrorist act before entering Bosnia.
“This is an unintelligent person I met in prison, and precisely because of his low intelligence level, he was suitable for carrying out orders from superiors in the KIA (SHIK),” the source states.
Hajrizi’s family was unaware that Faton was being groomed for terrorist acts, the source claims, adding that more details about the involvement of the top levels of SHIK and the so-called Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs in Hajrizi’s escape from the Vučitrn prison and their role in destabilizing the situation in central Serbia and Bosnia will soon emerge.
The source claims that EULEX and the so-called Kosovo prosecutor’s office are conducting an active investigation and that an “order” has come from Germany not to investigate the involvement of Artan Hajrizi, whose documents were found on the killed terrorist.
Members of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs killed Hajrizi on Friday near Loznica after he killed border police officer Nikola Krsmanović and wounded officer Vjekoslav Ilić on Wednesday evening.
Hajrizi was found by police on Friday after a two-day manhunt. He opened fire on police officers, who then neutralized him.
