Tomislav Vukomanović from Banja Luka has won the title of Professional Youth World Champion under 23.

Before this match, Vukomanović had eight professional boxing matches, all victories, three of which were by knockout.

On the other hand, Mykyta Alistratov had a strong amateur career and was undefeated in professional boxing until tonight, with nine wins. He won five times by knockout and had two draws.

The match lasted all 10 rounds of three minutes each, and from the start, Vukomanović maintained his distance, frequently changing his stance and threatening Alistratov with a front uppercut. Alistratov responded with quick jabs, writes Tiket.ba.

The fight between Vukomanović, who boxes under the license of the Serbian Professional Boxing Federation, and the Ukrainian boxer Mykyta Alistratov was the main event of the “Banja Luka Challenge.”

Along with numerous fellow citizens, this boxing and kickboxing event, held last night in the newly built hall in Mladen Stojanović Park, was attended by Mayor Draško Stanivuković.

“I congratulate the champion Tomislav, coach Duško Zorić, manager Saša Kondić, and the entire team on the world success that has inscribed Banja Luka in golden letters in the world of boxing,” said the mayor.

After the match, Tomislav Vukomanović said that all his efforts paid off and thanked his city and fellow citizens for their great support.
