The children’s choir “Vrapčići” will hold their traditional concert tonight at 7:30 PM at Kastel Fortress, promising an evening full of joy and entertainment for the attendees.
Branislav Đaković, the choir director, mentioned that they have decided on a repertoire of around 20 songs, which have been featured on their last three albums.
- “We expect, as always, a full house at Kastel, because our songs have beautiful and understandable lyrics, and we continue to compose such children’s music,” said Đaković.
He emphasized that throughout the years, they have promoted children’s creativity, choirs from the region, participants in various festivals, and dance clubs. This year’s concert will also feature some guest performers with whom they collaborate.
- “Our songs are included in the curriculum for elementary school students and are recommended in preschool institutions,” Đaković stated, adding that they have a large team of composers, such as Mladen Matović and Tihomir Preradović.
