The event “Knjigomanija – Library Under the Open Sky” is currently taking place in Prijedor, organized by the National Library “Ćirilo i Metodije.”
Objective
The primary goal of this event is to promote the publishing activities of the Prijedor library. The organizers hope this initiative will also lead to an increase in the number of library members.
Activities
The event kicked off with children from the Prijedor kindergarten “Radost” who contributed picture books to the library corner in the pediatric department of the General Hospital “Dr. Mladen Stojanović.”
Public Participation
All interested citizens are encouraged to participate by donating books. Donations can be left at the library every day.
Annual Event
“Knjigomanija” is being organized for the third consecutive year as part of the Prijedor Cultural Summer.
The initiative aims to foster a love for reading and support the local library’s growth and outreach in the community.
