The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, emphasized that the independent MP in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Ramiz Salkić, admitted that the memorial plaques in the Potočari Memorial Center include the names of living people.

  • “He has once again insulted those people because they are not semi-living people but living people. Salkić accepted this as a fact, and I want to reiterate this for the record and the transcript,” added Višković.

Višković stated that this is a declaration confirming everything that has been discussed so far.

“Salkić unequivocally confirmed that not semi-living people, but living people are ‘buried’ there,” Višković emphasized.

The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska pointed out that Bosniaks enjoy more rights in Republika Srpska than Serbs in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH).

  • “Bosniaks are welcome and have all the rights I have as long as they respect Republika Srpska,” said Višković.

Višković questioned Salkić about the rights of Serbs according to the 1991 census in FBiH.

We are ready in Republika Srpska to sign with FBiH that everyone should adhere to the Constitution of Republika Srpska and the Constitution of BiH,” said Višković.

He noted that Bosniaks, with the help of foreign mentors, have seized and transferred a large number of Republika Srpska’s competences to the level of BiH, which is not stated in the Constitution of BiH.

Višković pointed out that the 2013 population census should be applied in BiH and questioned the significance of the fact that according to the 1991 census, there were 150,000 Serbs in Sarajevo, while today there are barely 5,000 Serbs in that city.
