The annual concert of the University of Banja Luka, titled “Gift to the Republic,” will be held on June 17, 2024, at 9 PM in the University City, on the plateau of the Faculty of Philosophy.
This concert, which marks the end of the 2023/2024 academic year and World Music Day, will feature around 80 performers from the Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka and the Symphony Orchestra of the Serbian National Theatre from Novi Sad. The concert will be held outdoors in the University City, and the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy fantastic music from both foreign and domestic films, along with special surprises, including a joint performance by the Symphony Orchestra and guest DJ Mladen Tomić.
The concert, which will be broadcast live by Radio Television of Republika Srpska, will be conducted by Branka Radošević Mitrović, Dušan V. Urošević, and Mikica Jevtić. The general sponsor of the concert is the Office of the President of Republika Srpska. Admission is free.
