The seventh “Ćevap Fest,” an event dedicated to promoting Banja Luka’s famous ćevap, will be opened today in Petar Kočić Park.
“This well-known festival, which has been attracting numerous visitors for years, is enriched in this year’s edition with a wide range of domestic agricultural products in cooperation with the ‘Fruits of the Village’ association,” stated the City Administration.
Nebojša Kuštrinović, the promoter of the event, emphasized that visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the best ćevap in Banja Luka, as well as try various domestic delicacies.
“It is no coincidence that we are opening this year’s festival on Ascension Day, the patron saint day of the city, with the intention of providing additional content for our fellow citizens who have been loyally following us all these years. And, don’t worry about the rain, this is just a passing instability. The sun will shine again from Friday, so you have a reason to walk to the park and see what we have prepared for you in this new edition of the festival,” said Kuštrinović.
In an effort to support local producers, this year’s festival is enriched with a wide range of domestic agricultural products.
According to the organizers, the festival will officially open this morning and will last until Sunday evening.
The City of Banja Luka has supported the holding of this year’s “Ćevap Fest” through the 2024 Calendar of Tourist Events.
