Serb member of the Presidency of BiH, Željka Cvijanović, attended the Water and Glacier Festival at the Lake of Youth in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe.
“Water is the most important resource for the human race and our planet. Without oil, gas, and other energy sources, our lives would be very difficult, while without water, it would be impossible,” Cvijanović emphasized.
She added that she was pleased to visit this Festival, which was organized ahead of the 3rd International Conference “Water for Sustainable Development” for the period 2018-2028, where Cvijanović will address the participants tomorrow.
Cvijanović also held talks today with the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.
During the meeting, it was noted that there are no open issues between the two sides and that there is significant potential for improving cooperation in various fields.
