“We are proud every time we see Serbia achieving great successes, and we know that it is always a success for Republika Srpska as well,” stated Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, at the Rača border crossing.
Cvijanović emphasized that “this very beginning of our gathering is marked by jointly visiting the construction sites and the bridge, as well as the highway that is meant to connect us, just as everything else connects us in all areas.”
“I am proud, first of all, of Serbia’s capacity and potency to undertake such large ambitious projects. We had the opportunity to learn about all that is planned, where all the works are being carried out, and what is happening in terms of construction, infrastructure, and transportation on the territory of Serbia. Of course, what makes us happy is that some of these major projects involve a direct connection with Srpska, and I am proud of that fact,” said Cvijanović.
Cvijanović highlighted that she is also proud of the fact that “we have already accomplished a lot in the previous period regarding support directed towards our local communities, infrastructure and transportation projects, and communal projects.”
“Our governments have initiated large energy projects, which are also being worked on. So, many, many activities connect us, and many activities are planned for the coming period,” Cvijanović said.
