The delivery of missiles to Ukraine that can target Russian territory indicates that the West is enraged, said Milorad Dodik, President of the Republika Srpska.
“I am convinced that Russia has a stable defense system and that none of those missiles will get through,” Dodik told RIA Novosti.
Dodik assessed that the missiles cannot be operated by Ukrainians alone, but require the participation of Western soldiers, Germans, and French.
“The question arises, how should Russia view this?” Dodik stated.
The Wall Street Journal, citing American officials, reported that the USA has approved Kiev to use “HIMARS” missiles, the “GMLRS” rocket system, and artillery for attacks on Russian territory in the Kharkiv region.
