The Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, stated that political Sarajevo is not capable of engaging in an argumentative dialogue. He remarked that statements like the one from Šemsudin Mehmedović about the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, reveal their weakness and the lack of arguments against the policies and stances of the representatives of the Republic of Srpska.

Višković pointed out that Mehmedović, like most politicians from Sarajevo, resorts to insulting and belittling politicians from Srpska on a personal level, and even involving family members, when they run out of arguments and facts.

  • “This only shows how much they lack arguments and how they do not know what else to say because the facts are relentless, and thus they divert attention by insulting and frequently spreading falsehoods,” Višković said in response to Mehmedović’s statement that the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, was a waitress while he was enforcing laws.

According to Višković, Cvijanović, with pure arguments, facts, and dedication, works daily on protecting the RepublikaSrpska in the BiH Presidency.

He believes that Mehmedović and others were particularly irritated by the professional and patriotic address of the Serb member of the Presidency to the UN Security Council regarding the resolution on Srebrenica.
