External member of the Committee for European Integration and Regional Cooperation of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Milan Zečević emphasized that the address by the Serb member of the Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, in the UN Security Council was a rational attempt to return everything to international frameworks.
He stressed that this is necessary.
- It was also a unique opportunity to hear the views of Republika Srpska – Zečević stated in RTRS Morning Program.
He emphasized that it is the task of all ambassadors from Republika Srpska to explain how complex the decision-making system in BiH is.
- According to statements, the issue of the Srebrenica resolution had the support of only two out of three members of the Presidency – Zečević stated.
Zečević reminded that the head of the BiH mission to the UN, Zlatko Lagumdžija, acted outside the Regulations, Constitution, and laws.
- He represents the views of only one people. Cvijanović emphasized that this act was adopted without any consensus in BiH – said Zečević.
He emphasized that the Dayton Agreement is the only legal framework that can be said to guarantee peaceful coexistence in BiH.
- Let’s respect the letter of Dayton, and that is the first step to establish balance in BiH – Zečević said.
