Prosecution has presented the material evidence. “You’ve seen the quality of the evidence,” said lawyer Anto Nobilo.
“The judge has made several decisions that surprised us. She tried to acknowledge the legal reasons. For now, it seems encouraging,” said Nobilo.
He emphasized that it will be crucial which evidence will be accepted and which will not.
“Based on that, we’ll see what our chances are. It’s important whether they will allow us to question Christian Schmit. He is a key witness and everything started with him,” Nobilo stated.
He expressed hope that Schmit would appear in court.
