The trial against Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska, and Miloš Lukić, acting director of the Official Gazette, conducted in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is not a legal struggle, but rather a political contest, stated lawyer Mladen Ilić in our morning program.

He emphasized that one apparent objective is to exhaust all participants in the process.

“The goal is to keep them focused on this process while neglecting the duties for which they were elected by the citizens,” Ilić pointed out.

He mentioned that it is very difficult to prepare for this trial, as it increasingly resembles a circus.

“It involves proving points based on fictitious laws and, let me say, fictitious courts,” Ilić declared.
