Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated on the show “Telering” that the potential destabilization indicator is the invasive Bosniak policy of appropriating BiH and its joint institutions, supported by foreign meddlers. According to her, the Srebrenica resolution has not undergone the legally prescribed procedures, thus bypassing the country’s own institutions.

“There is a continuous appropriation of joint institutions and a gross violation of constitutionally prescribed procedures,” stated the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency. Cvijanović emphasized that the Srebrenica resolution never made it to the agenda of the Presidency session, and therefore, it could not and cannot represent the official stance of BiH.

“One member of the Presidency tells the ambassador, ‘I said it could go ahead,’ but who are they? This isn’t any resolution, what Bećirović and Lagumdžija approved was done by someone else handling that job, it is something created by others, something that attempts to build a bridge between the USA and the Muslim and Arab world on at least one issue,” Cvijanović remarked.

She highlighted a coordinated campaign by Western powers, which is simultaneously being waged against Serbia.

“The admission of self-declared Kosovo into the Council of Europe is contrary to all the prescribed principles of the said organization. Aside from collective hypocrisy, there is also a disregard for already agreed-upon international law obligations,” she asserted.

“As for BiH in this process, its decision-making on the admission of Kosovo, which is not independent, based on the decisions we’ve seen and the positions we’ve defined, hence no vote should be cast for any such decision, this country has not recognized Kosovo’s independence, and it would be absurd and entail certain responsibilities for someone to dare vote contrary to the state’s positions,” she believes.

Cvijanović reminded that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will soon discuss its own electoral law and that Srpska will not adhere to the changes imposed by the illegitimate Christian Schmidt, who, she points out, represents one of the direct obstacles on the European path.

“He has no right to impose laws and make decisions because he needs to act according to the source of law, which is an international treaty and Annex 10, not as defined by some political pamphlets and self-proclaimed bodies like the PIC, which are political decisions. At a time when we are achieving results, when we receive the decision on accession negotiations, although there is no date, for someone like Schmidt to come and spoil those relations,” says Cvijanović.

Cvijanović called on citizens to gather on Thursday at Krajina Square where an unambiguous message of Serb unity and solidarity will be sent. She emphasizes that the Serbs clearly and loudly refuse to be oppressed and marginalized and will defend Srpska, its integrity, and freedom.
