Nenad Stevandić, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, in an interview with TV Prva, described the Srebrenica resolution as a discriminatory measure initiated by the NATO alliance, reflecting a profound abyss that has been opened.

“The pressures are immense, but I am not a pessimist. This represents a new violation of international law, caused by previous failed attempts to discredit, dismantle, and incapacitate us. This continues that policy. However, this time they have underestimated our intelligence, unity, and cohesion – everything,” said Stevandić.

He highlighted that the resolution is discriminatory. “This pertains to European Muslims who are protected as the ‘white race’, while other Muslims around the world in Africa and Asia are treated as lesser beings, their much greater victimhood never receiving the same global support in a genocide resolution.”

Stevandić pointed out the incredible chasm opened by NATO because the resolution focuses on NATO’s Muslims, not on Muslims worldwide, marking a significant distinction. “It’s a disparity of 10:1, and they will recognize this abyss later,” he remarked.

He emphasized that the international diplomatic activities of Serbia and the support of dozens of countries for Serbia were also underestimated.

“This is a new failure for the West, which will have several negative effects. The first will be utterly disrupted relations in the Balkans between states and peoples. It paves the way for Republika Srpska to seek an exit route because it does not want to live with people who declare it genocidal in the morning and then seek its abolition in the afternoon, yet still want to coexist and cooperate within the same state,” Stevandić explained.
