The President of Republika Srpska will participate in a security forum at the end of April and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which will be held in June, where a meeting with the head of Russian diplomacy, Sergey Lavrov, is expected, reports TASS.
“I will come to the St. Petersburg Economic Forum because it is a place where you can get acquainted with world achievements. For me, being regularly invited to it is one of the small privileges. I hope to meet Lavrov and other important Russian figures on the sidelines of the forum,” Dodik stated to Russian television Russia 24, adding that Republika Srpska expects to strengthen cooperation with Russian companies at this forum, as reported by RIA Novosti.
This year, the Economic Forum in St. Petersburg will be held from June 5 to 8.
Regarding the security forum at the end of this month, Dodik said he would actively participate in this forum.
It concerns the 12th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues, which will also be held in St. Petersburg from April 23 to 25.
