The Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska has been maximally protecting the President of the Republic for years, said Minister of Interior Siniša Karan.
“The President of the Republic has been the most threatened individual for years. The Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska provides protection for all institutions and protected persons, especially the President of Republika Srpska,” Karan said.
He emphasized that the Ministry of Interior assesses the situation daily.
“Last year, we had about ten threats, whether through letters or social media, and we eliminated all threats,” Karan noted.
He stated that the level of security for the President of Republika Srpska is at the highest level.
