Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot embark on the European path with Christian Schmidt, assessed university professor and sociologist Drago Vuković during the broadcast “Republika Srpska Before the Court”.
Vuković believes that Schmidt should have packed his bags well before the green light from Brussels and the decision of the European Council to open negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I am entirely convinced that the time has come for the OHR to depart soon, just as I am convinced that Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot join the European Union or start substantial discussions with the High Representative and foreign judges. However, there’s a catch; there’s something that keeps Schmidt and the foreign judges in place. It’s Bosniak politics – said Vuković.
