Political analyst Dragomir Anđelković, commenting on Christian Schmidt’s announcement to impose the Electoral Law of BiH, stated that it is very cynical for the EU, which believes it is time to accelerate BiH’s path towards EU integration, to do nothing towards the colonial liberation of BiH.
“It appears cynical that in BiH, leading countries think they can behave as in Africa and Asia in the 19th century, imposing their laws and doing whatever they want, while still considering this country a candidate for the community of European states where the spirit of equality and sovereignty supposedly prevails,” said Anđelković.
According to him, this all speaks volumes about the West and their cynicism.
“And what they continue to do only confirms the stance that they will not give up and that the talks of EU integrations are just a new deceit,” added Anđelković.
Christian Schmidt has announced that he will impose amendments to the Electoral Law of BiH, stating that “if there is no agreement, measures will be taken,” while the US Embassy in BiH has rejected the proposed amendments to this law by the Ministry of Justice in the Council of Ministers.
