By the blessing of Bishop Jefrem of Banja Luka, tomorrow (Monday) in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, after the evening service starting at 5 pm, a memorial service will be held for the innocently perished in the horrific terrorist attack in Moscow.
Today is a Day of Mourning in Republika Srpska due to the terrorist attack in Moscow, as decided by the Government of Srpska in a telephone session.
It is a reminder that in the attack on concert attendees in Moscow, which occurred on Friday evening, at least 137 people were killed, and it is presumed that this number will continue to rise.
The FSB of Russia has announced that near the Russian-Ukrainian border, 11 individuals, including four terrorists, have been detained. Today is a Day of National Mourning in Russia.
