Dodik: Unacceptable – A U.S. Embassy Official Communicating with Judges and Prosecutors

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that he has information about an individual in the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina who is exclusively tasked with communicating with prosecutors and judges in Bosnia and Herzegovina on cases selected by them, which he deemed unacceptable.

Dodik mentioned that the communication takes place both inside and outside the Embassy and that this practice must be stopped.

“I do not know his exact name at the moment, but I have it written down and we are currently studying his biography,” Dodik said.

Dodik also noted that this is one of the reasons why Republika Srpska insists that the appellate division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina be located in Banja Luka, which is the only place that can ensure a neutral environment for making legally valid decisions.
