Those working on a new resolution on Srebrenica are risking the survival of the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, said the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.

“You have someone who is the ambassador of BiH to the Permanent Mission of the UN /Zlatko Lagumdžija/ who acts unilaterally, without any obligations to the bodies,” Dodik emphasized.

He noted that the Presidency of BiH is the only body that can conduct foreign policy.

“This is a completely illegal story. They knew that if such a resolution were put into procedure, the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, would veto it. Everything else is illegal,” Dodik mentions.

Dodik emphasized that a crime occurred in Srebrenica and that almost all Serbs were held accountable.

“What about those who committed crimes against Serbs? Zlatko Lagumdžija and his patrons are taking a lot of risks,” Dodik highlighted.

Večernje Novosti has learned that the Bosniak part of the BiH mission to the UN is independently, without a decision from the BiH Presidency, working on a new resolution on Srebrenica that is supposed to be presented at the UN General Assembly session in April.
