The trial against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at the Court of BiH will continue today at the same time as the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić.
Dodik believes that the trial against him at the Court of BiH will “bury” the court and could potentially cause serious damage to BiH.
Dodik told “Klix” that he is going to the hearing to show that the entire situation is absurd, that he is not guilty of anything, and that the situation is grotesque.
Lukić’s lawyer, Miljkan Pucar, expects the two cases to be merged. Commenting on today’s hearing, where the interrogation of three inspectors from the Agency for Investigations and Protection, who seized documentation from the Official Gazette, is announced, the lawyer of the President of Srpska, Goran Bubić, stated that it is not the courts’ practice to summon inspectors to testify.
Lawyer Miodrag Stojanović claims that the point of the entire proceeding is to issue a measure prohibiting the President of Srpska from performing his duties.
