The Serb member of the Presidency of BiH, Željka Cvijanović, spoke today with the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Qatar to BiH, Meshal Ali Mohamed Abdullah Al-Attiyah.
During the inaugural visit of the Qatari ambassador, the interlocutors exchanged views on the possibilities of further enhancing the good bilateral relations between the two sides, especially emphasizing the importance of strengthening ties in the fields of economy and tourism.
On this occasion, Cvijanović informed Ambassador Al-Attiyah about the position and views of the Republic of Srpska regarding current political topics in BiH, as well as the need for consistent respect for the Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement.
Cvijanović welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Qatar, wishing him success in performing his responsible functions during his diplomatic service in BiH.
