Member of the National Assembly of Serbia, Aleksandar Pavić, stated after today’s meeting in Banja Luka with the President of Srpska, that the upcoming meeting between Milorad Dodik and Vladimir Putin is of great significance for the Serb people, highlighting that it opens many diplomatic opportunities. Pavić expressed pleasure upon hearing that Dodik will once again be hosted by President Putin.
“Not only is that meeting beneficial and useful, but it also opens diplomatic opportunities. We commend the foreign policy of the Republika Srpska. The Republika Srpska manages to conduct an almost entirely independent foreign policy,” emphasized Pavić.
He reminded that today, as in 1992 when Yugoslavia was disintegrating, the detrimental influence of American ambassadors is evident.
“In 1992, the Serbs accepted an independent BiH against their own national interest. That wasn’t enough for the American ambassador at the time, who, with the help of Alija Izetbegović, dismantled the Lisbon Agreement, leading to the outbreak of war. The situation is the same now,” said Pavić.
