Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, stated that the process against the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, is politically engineered, which Republika Srpska constantly proves.
“What additionally concerns us is the continuous attempt to verify Christian Schmidt. The public cannot verify him, give him some kind of authority as it has been done all the time. Unfortunately, a part of the political structure in BiH accepts such verification. The essence is that no one can give him verification because he was not legally elected,” said Košarac.
He pointed out that this is a classic political repression against the institutions of Republika Srpska.
“We will not give up proving that there is no basis here for any trial, but there is a need for a new model in BiH that arises in the kitchens of Murphy and Schmidt,” said Košarac.
Košarac expressed concern about the continuous attempts to verify Christian Schmidt and that this process is contaminated by the efforts of the US Embassy in BiH to model new solutions that are not in accordance with the law.
He emphasized that this is a fact and that the partnership of the illegitimate Christian Schmidt and Ambassador Michael Murphy puts in a situation where legitimately elected representatives of one people, who did their job, should be judged before an unconstitutional court.
