The Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, stated that Bosniaks want a state but do not know how to behave like a state, they want respect from others but do not have respect for their own state, they allegedly want its success, yet they do everything to keep it unsuccessful and more foreign than it is ours who live in it.

Responding to Srna’s request to comment on the statement of the Vice President of the Federation of BiH (SDA), Refik Lendo, that if the President of the Republiка Srpska, Milorad Dodik, requests discussions on the Constitutional Court of BiH, which is a Dayton category, then he will “open the question of the name of the Republika Srpska,” Cvijanović answered that these are incomparable issues for several reasons.

“Among other things, because it is foreseen that after five years, foreign judges can be replaced by domestic judges, and the issue of the name of the Republiка Srpska is nowhere in the Dayton Agreement or its Annex Four, which is the Constitution of BiH, questioned or tied to any deadline,” reminded Cvijanović.

She emphasized that the issue of foreign judges, as well as the actions of high representatives beyond Dayton, i.e., illegal, are tied to the discussion of whether they can exist in a sovereign country or in a country that is still said to participate in the process of European integrations or not.

“Of course, they cannot, and of course, there is an absolute misuse of international law, but also an evident deficit of sovereignty. That OHR and foreign judges are political tools of Bosniak politics, but also the approach of certain foreign actors in performing unconstitutional and illegal centralization of BiH, is no secret. Likewise, it is no secret that these tools have brought BiH into a totally stunted and subservient state,” stressed the Serb member of the BiH Presidency.

She stated that the Republiка Srpska and its name are not to blame for such a state, and about whose change Lendo and the likes can only fantasize.
