At the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the trial of Miloš Lukić, the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, is scheduled to begin today due to the non-implementation of decisions by Christian Schmidt.

Although the Dodik and Lukić cases have been officially separated, there is still only one indictment. There has not yet been a response to the request from Lukić’s defense to rejoin the case.

Lukić’s attorney, Miljkan Pucar, said he expects the indictment to be read today and that the prosecution will present its opening statements.

He reiterated that, in accordance with the decisions of the Court in Strasbourg, Sena Uzunović should not preside over both cases.
