“In a state, the only relevant publication is in the Official Gazette,” said Goran Bubić, the defender of the President of Republika Srpska, to RTRS.

Bubić emphasizes that the BiH Prosecutor’s Office is aware that the only relevant publication is in the Official Gazette.

“The Prosecutor’s Office suggests as ‘evidence’ the reading of some 30 newspaper articles on the circumstance of how the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, knew about the ‘law’ before it was published in the Official Gazette of BiH. What would it look like if citizens were obliged by some publications on various websites?” Bubić noted.

Bubić points out that claims on social networks are completely arbitrary regardless of the content of the decision as it is.

We remind you, lawyer Anto Nobilo stated that the amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, which were “imposed” by Christian Schmidt, if his questionable role as a legislator is disregarded, came into effect the day after being published in the Official Gazette of BiH, namely on July 8, while the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, allegedly incriminated decrees were signed on July 7, meaning that at the time of signing the decrees, “Schmidt’s” controversial law was not in effect.
