The production and business facility, spanning 30,908 m² of indoor space and 37,600 m² of outdoor area, was constructed for the German company ‘Mahle Electric Drives Bosnia.’ The construction was carried out by BauPartner from Lukavac.
The company emphasized their commitment to top-notch quality and efficiency in this project, handling everything from conceptual design and the main project to turnkey delivery. As previously reported by BusinessInfo.ba, this is set to be one of the largest production facilities in the automotive industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Mayor of Laktaši, Miroslav Bojić, stated earlier that the investment amounted to nearly 20 million euros. The German company ‘Mahle’ has been operating in the municipality of Laktaši for many years, and the new factory is expected to employ over 700 workers with improved working conditions.”
