The President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, has warned that the agreement reached by the ruling parties at the BiH level in Laktaši is being undermined, attempting to destabilize BiH and lead it into chaos and conflicts.
“It has been three days since the agreement with HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović and the ‘troika.’ I was skeptical, but everyone at the meeting was constructive and responsible, aware of the importance of internal agreement and stability. But the devil, mostly a foreign devil, does not rest,” Stevandić wrote on the social network X.
The leaders of political parties participating in the government at the BiH level made significant progress on the BiH Election Law during the meeting in Laktaši on January 18, which will be finalized in February. An important step forward was also made on key issues related to BiH’s European path, as stated by the SNSD after the meeting.
SNSD President Milorad Dodik stated that the meeting of government representatives at the BiH level in Laktaši was correct and one of the more productive ones, and now the most important thing is to implement what has been agreed upon regarding the Election Law.
