The President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Valerija Galić, scheduled a plenary session for today, in which no judge from the Serb people will participate because Zlatko Knezević retired earlier this year.

The Constitutional Court of BiH held an extraordinary session on June 19 last year, during which it changed the rules, allowing it to function without Serb judges.

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in this composition do not apply in Srpska. He also mentioned that Srpska will prohibit the functioning of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH on its territory if officials from these institutions come to implement their actions.
