“We value the relationships between the Russian Federation and Republika Srpska based on trust, as well as the growing bonds of friendship, mutual understanding, and cooperation between our fraternal peoples,” highlighted Medvedev in his greeting.
Medvedev expressed confidence that the year 2024 will bring new successes and achievements aimed at elevating the entire spectrum of bilateral relations to the level of a strategic partnership, as well as ensuring the security and stability of the Balkans.
Medvedev wished President Dodik good health, a cheerful spirit, and success, while extending wishes of happiness and well-being to all citizens of Republika Srpska.
