“The judiciary and prosecution in Bosnia and Herzegovina are political institutions under direct control of the United States and Bosniak political structures, lacking any legitimacy, stated the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, commenting on the recent arrest of former members of the Army of Republika Srpska in the area of Zvornik who are charged with alleged genocide.

The President of the Parliament of Srpska, Nenad Stevandic, said that the judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina works very quickly whenever something is against Serbs, and that the recent arrests continue the pressure on Srpska.

“This is becoming a repulsive story. They prosecute anyone who has been in the Drina region at some point, was a part of the Army of Republika Srpska. This is an unacceptable thing. On the other hand, we see that there is still a deficit in establishing guilt for those who committed crimes against members of the Serbian people. That is something that is very clear,” said Dodik.

He emphasized that the Court, especially the Prosecution, has no legitimacy.

“The fact is that in the last year, there has been a shortage of major cases, and now, when there is an attack on the Republika Srpska from a constitutional and political standpoint, an attempt to abolish our jurisdiction, pressure is now being exerted through the arrests of people who are suspected or are being prepared for indictment. There are cases where people are acquitted and then indictments are raised again, which is a violation of all moral and legal norms,” Stevandic stated.”
