President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that the person who should be tried, respecting the Constitution and laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), is Kristijan Šmit. He also emphasized that no individual will ever be above the institutions of Republika Srpska.
“A country with justice managed by an illegal and unnamed foreigner cannot exist,” wrote Dodik on the social platform ‘X.’ He stressed that it is the obligation of everyone in BiH to respect the Constitution and laws.
“Regardless of the pressures and threats, we will not allow the constitutional order to be undermined.”
