“President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, embodies Slovenian spiritual integrity, and Europeans should pray for him because without such a figure, Bosnia and Herzegovina would have long been in chaos,” emphasized Russian politician and scholar Sergei Baburin.

Baburin highlighted that all legal persecutions against this brilliant and principled Serb politician are senseless, unlawful, and counterproductive.

The distinguished lawyer stated that Dodik is a great patriot of the Serb people and all Balkan nations who, in line with his political stance, should independently determine their fate and shape their future.

In his remarks to Russian media, Baburin emphasized that Dodik is absolutely right in opposing external influence in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the form of the so-called High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Such European interference only undermines the Dayton Order and disrupts the fragile stability in the Balkans. Europeans are obligated not to undermine the authority of statesman Milorad Dodik but instead should pray for him. Without him, BiH would have long been drowned in chaos,” stressed Baburin.

Reflecting on Dodik’s recent speech at an international conference in Banja Luka, during which he reiterated that Republika Srpska would never impose sanctions against Russia, nor would BiH, Baburin stated that Dodik has an open heart and soul in relations with Russia.

“That’s why we accept him as a friend, a comrade, a man for whom the Orthodox faith isn’t just a catchphrase but a state of the soul,” emphasized Baburin.
