“Today begins the main trial in the case being held in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić.
The lawyer representing the President of Srpska, Goran Bubić, confirmed to RTRS that the President will respond to the call from the Court of BiH and attend the main trial with his legal team.
Bubić stated that the Court has not yet ruled on the defense’s request to transfer the judicial proceedings to the Basic Court in Banja Luka.
In addition to lawyer Bubić, members of the broader defense team for the President of Srpska will attend the main trial, including lawyers Goran Petronijević and Anto Nobilo.
Petronijević, in a statement to Tanjug, emphasized that several colleagues from the Center for the Renewal of International Law will also be present in the courtroom to explain the regularity of these proceedings to the public.”
