“Goran Bubic, the lawyer of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, stated that the defense of the president is based on the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Bubic mentioned that Bosnia and Herzegovina belongs to its constituent peoples and that there is no place for a colonial governor, a self-proclaimed High Representative.
“We will prove that Bosnia and Herzegovina is sovereign and that, according to the principles of the UN Charter, there is no allowance for any guardianship over states,” he said.”
