“Isidora Graorac, President of the Republic Organization of Families of Captured, Fallen Fighters, and Missing Civilians, stated that today’s hearing in front of the Court of BiH, involving the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is about defending the institutions of Republika Srpska, for which Serbian fathers and sons sacrificed their lives.

‘The President Dodik is undergoing a forceful judicial process, aiming to prosecute a president who supported the decisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, and the acting director of the ‘Official Gazette,’ for publishing those decisions,’ Graorac told Srna.

She emphasized that there’s an ongoing attack on Republika Srpska, an attempt to destroy what Serbs paid for with blood because Republika Srpska is an eyesore to them.

‘We won’t give up Republika Srpska and will defend it by all means. Today, we are here to show the unity of the Serb people, the unity in the struggle to preserve our institutions,’ Graorac asserted, mentioning her attendance at the hearing in Sarajevo.

She demanded that the Court of BiH focus on prosecuting war crimes against the Serbian population, as it is more urgent and essential than a trial lacking legal grounds.

‘When the Court of BiH starts addressing crimes with evidence, we can talk about a common future within the framework of the Dayton Peace Agreement,’ Graorac concluded.

Today’s session at the Court of BiH concerns the case against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the ‘Official Gazette,’ Miloš Lukić, based on the indictment for disrespecting Christian Schmidt’s decisions.

Dodik and Lukić, on October 16, stated in the Court of BiH that they didn’t understand the indictment, following which it was noted that the accused had pleaded not guilty.”
