“Lawyer Goran Petronijević stated that the U.S. Ambassador Michael Murphy should apologize not only to the citizens of Republika Srpska but also to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he undermines both international law and the country.

Petronijević mentioned that everything in BiH is turned upside down – those who fight for the Dayton Constitution, for the rule of law, are labeled as separatists, while those same ambassadors and Christian Schmidt, who calls himself the High Representative, are the ones undermining that very constitution.

He emphasized that they are undermining international law and BiH, attempting to create a unitary state that could not exist or function in that form.

“In essence, everything is turned upside down. It’s a hypocritical proposition, and I’ll take the liberty to offer some advice to His Excellency – he should apologize to all citizens, not just those of Republika Srpska, but to all of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Petronijević.

He highlighted that in a normal state, for any misuse of the Vienna Convention, an ambassador would be called for discussions and might even have their credentials revoked. However, despite being internationally recognized, Bosnia and Herzegovina exists as a strong protectorate.”
